Returns policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the item of clothing must not have been washed or noticeably used, so it is fit for resale.

To start your return, email, stating the name used on the payment card, along with your order number or the name of the item bought.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or the address on the original packaging. We will email you the address to send the item to, on receipt of you starting your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, minus a £5 restocking fee. And a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of confirmation, first check your bank account, then get back in touch before contacting your credit card company or bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale our outlet items cannot be refunded.


If the item is damaged, please send an email to with a photo showing the defect. This will be used to review whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In regards to this, make sure that you ask for proof of postage or use tracked delivery so you have photo evidence when getting in contact with us if the item does not arrive. If you have proof of postage and we do not receive your item, you will at least be able to make a claim through the Royal Mail or courier to help recover costs.
